Olde Salem Brewing is a local hang out and brewery that serves the greater Salem, Va metro. With two locations, serving a middle aged demographic and the other serving a college age demographic, social media was a must have.
The challenge? A strategy to not only showcase each locations uniqueness, love for the community, and personality behind the brand– but to do so in a way that would help drive foot traffic, and maintain brand personality/ consistency across social channels.
I was skeptical about hiring a third party as we have tried in years past without impactful results, but I was thoroughly impressed. Professional, motivating, and delivering on what was promised.
With a secondary location newly opened, the first step was to understand what was working, what wasn’t and how to create a functional and simple system to implement.
